Collecting data is some what difficult, but that's nothing compared to analyzing, classifying and displaying only what's useful to your business. SOMSAR project presented a unique opportunity to put my system design skills to the test, my aim is to present all important and relevant information about a specific property to the interested customers to help them in decision making .

Our costumers trust comes first on the priority list, that's why when posting new entry to our real estate list we inspect the property and make sure it's ready for sale or rent. My objective is to get you the best deal around town, and provide you with all the details (first person view) into the place. We mostly list properties with good or excellent conditions, if we find that a place needs maintenance we will mention it in the property detail page, so there is no hidden surprises.
